Returns & Refunds

We pride ourselves in producing high quality works of art and hope you never have to use this information, but in life, things happens. Here's all the information you need in the case of a mishap. 

Return Policy

Products may only be returned up to two weeks (14 days) after receiving it.
Before returning any products you must email us and make a return request. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, your order/invoice number, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. Including pictures of the defect(s) will greatly help expedite the return process.


What cannot be returned

We are not responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and cannot accept returns for this reason.
Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective.
In addition, please note that sizing can vary between body type and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, please be look at the size chart on each product page.
Returns for color errors are only accepted if you asked for a specific Pantone. Printed colors are rarely the same as what you see on the screen, we will do our best to match the colors.



Cancellations on custom printed items cannot be made after we have started the treatment and printing process. Likewise, no more changes may be made to an order after we've started working. 



Refunds are only given if we are not able to properly produce the product(s) ordered. Refunds are sent to the original form of payment by default, if you want it sent somewhere else, please include it in your return email.
